Das Deutsche Zentrum f\u00fcr Luft- und Raumfahrt<\/a> erforscht die Zukunft. Es verbindet Raumfahrt, Luftfahrt, Energie, Verkehr und Sicherheit. Im Bereich der Raumfahrtmedizin steht dabei auch der Mensch im Mittelpunkt \u2013 besonders unter den besonderen Bedingungen der Schwerelosigkeit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

W\u00e4hrend l\u00e4ngerer Aufenthalte im All ver\u00e4ndert sich der menschliche K\u00f6rper deutlich. Ohne die gewohnte Schwerkraft werden Muskeln weniger beansprucht, wodurch Muskelmasse abnimmt und gleichzeitig auch Knochen an Stabilit\u00e4t verlieren. Besonders betroffen sind dabei die Halte- und St\u00fctzmuskeln sowie das gesamte Skelettsystem. Selbst mit regelm\u00e4\u00dfigem Training an Bord der Internationalen Raumstation lassen sich diese Prozesse nur teilweise aufhalten. Forschende untersuchen deshalb intensiv, wie Muskeln und Knochen miteinander kommunizieren und welche biochemischen Prozesse dabei eine Rolle spielen. Dabei stehen sogenannte Myokine und Osteokine im Fokus \u2013 Botenstoffe, die den Austausch zwischen Muskel- und Knochengewebe steuern und Einfluss auf Aufbau und Abbau von Knochensubstanz haben.<\/p>

Meine Aufgabe bestand darin, diese wissenschaftlichen Inhalte in pr\u00e4zise, verst\u00e4ndliche und visuell klare Grafiken zu \u00fcbersetzen. Ziel war es, komplexe medizinische Zusammenh\u00e4nge so darzustellen, dass sie sowohl innerhalb der Forschung als auch in Pr\u00e4sentationen, Publikationen<\/a> und der externen Kommunikation eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen.
